Robert Dewey - President/Principal Researcher, began his career in 1979 by conducting an industry wide survey of blade failures on behalf of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). His recent research programs include investigation of F-class compressor blade failures and the performance of simulations to assess the probability of turbine blade failures.

Eric Wan - Principal Engineer, has twenty years of experience in the research and development of techniques used in the diagnosis and investigation of turbine blade failures. His recent research involves blade aero-thermal finite element analysis and remaining life calculations. He has directed several of the EPRI component life management initiatives associated with F-class combustion turbines.

Chi-an Hong - Senior Research Engineer, began his career in 1988. His areas of expertise include throughflow/performance analysis of turbine machines, and the rotor dynamic analysis of turbine-generator systems.

Huawei Shi - Senior Research Engineer, joined TTI in 2007. He is a specialist in turbine computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis. His research involves CFD simulations of gas turbines, steam turbines and compressors.
